Master Chef, Ari Pugliese Prepares Community Harvest Fundraiser
Sunday, October 27 in Petersham, MA
Citing food that is “farm fresh and exciting in many ways,” Worcester Magazine has given Ari Pugliese, chef and owner of Picasso Restaurant, five stars for his food preparation. On Sunday, October 27, the public is invited to experience Ari's culinary magic. Pugliese will host a Community Harvest Celebration Fundraiser with locally sourced food in the dining room of the First Congregational Parish, Unitarian in Petersham.
The fundraiser will benefit historical preservation and energy improvements for the parish's Greek Revival church on the Petersham Common.
The evening will start off from 4:00-5:00 pm with a wine and cheese social and
entertainment with vocalists Jeanneane Pugliese and Emily Anderson. Dinner will be served from 5:00-7:00 pm. The menu includes: Butternut squash cannelloni with a sage cream over braised fall greens, roasted beet salad with walnuts, goat cheese, shaved fennel and oranges, local baked bread, apple crisp with ice cream, coffee and tea.
